TREKKING LEADER HEADS A MICROMONDO TO DISCOVER

WHAT WILL YOU DO :

Sea as few, beaches, coves, groves, imposing, jagged and tormented granite emergencies, thickets and Mediterranean scrub.

It is the Peninsula of Capo Testa, a "treasure chest" containing a long series of treasures, an enchanted and suggestive place where time has stopped. A very special world connected to the mainland by an elegant Istimo that if you want to know in depth its visit requires a real excursion.

Here, in a relatively small space, two very different and opposing worlds coexist. In fact, a more anthropogenic area and crowded beaches is contrasted with a dimension where excluding some paths do not feel the "weight" of man, reigns silence and you feel more easily in close contact with nature. It is the western part of Capo Testa, a fascinating place and amazing from the point of view naturalistic and landscape. Here nature has given its best with a series of fabulous coves "set" in the lively granite rock.
To visit this "planet" you can undertake a pleasant excursion of about 3 hours including the bathing stops.

DURATION: about 3.00 -3.30 hours with two bathing stops included
DIFFERENCE in altitude: no more than 100 m in total (very little)
DIFFICULTY: E (easy)

TRIP DETAILS

Starting from the parking lot near the Lighthouse of Capo Testa we will go on a pleasant route that almost always winds on good trails.

The first part of the excursion takes place near the sea and includes the visit of the most beautiful coves of this fabulous stretch of coast.
Cala dei Francesi, Cala dell'Ea (also known as the beach of the Valle della Luna), Cala di Mezzo and finally Cala Grande are in sequence the spectacular pearls that we will discover.
There are two bathing stops, one in the Valle della Luna and one in Cala Grande.

The return takes place along a more inland path with unique views over the whole area.
