TRIP DETAILS

The nature excursion in the heart of the "Pelagos International Cetacean Sanctuary" is suitable for audiences of all ages and has as its objective the research and observation of the eight species of cetaceans that
inhabiting this protected marine area are: fin whales, sperm whales, pilot whales, Risso's dolphins, beaked whales, common dolphins, striped dolphins and bottlenose dolphins.

A marine biologist is always present on board the vessel to comment on sightings, providing information and curiosities, and to collect important scientific data that
are shared with the numerous research institutions with which we have collaborated for years. Thanks to the experience and harmony of the crews and the expansion of the marine area in which the motor ships carry out research, increasingly higher sighting percentages have been achieved, equal to 95% in recent years.
